Production Timing
From order to delivery, our production process is streamlined for efficiency. Once your custom design is finalized, manufacturing typically takes 4-6 weeks. We use sustainably sourced wood and hand made every panel to ensure that it meets our standards. This controlled production environment not only speeds things up but also guarantees consistent quality, regardless of weather or site conditions.
Assembly Process
- Modular Assembly (Typically 2–4 days with a small crew (2–4 people): The cabin arrives with large pre-built sections (modules or panels) already partially or substantially assembled in our controlled factory environment. This includes major structural elements like wall panels with pre-installed windows/doors in many cases, floor systems, and roof components that are ready to connect. On-site work focuses on joining these big pieces, setting on the foundation, and final connections (utilities, finishing touches).
- Kit Form (Usually 1–2 weeks): The cabin ships as a comprehensive package of individual pre-cut, pre-engineered components (timbers, panels, hardware, insulation pieces, etc.). Almost nothing is pre-assembled beyond basic cutting and labeling. You (or your team) build the entire structure from the ground up using the provided parts, following detailed instructions.
